One week down, Seven to go!

This week, I completed my first week of Tina's Best Body Bootcamp!


It was awesome!  It's been awhile since I've been sore from a workout so I welcomed the sore muscles with excitement this week.  Even though it has only been a week, I'm seeing quick improvements in my strength and endurance so I'm looking forward to the next seven weeks of Tina's program.

This week was emotional at work and I'm stuck working all weekend, so my body is definitely exhausted and in need of a day off!  I'm thinking of taking Monday or Tuesday off to do nothing but lounge all day... With this dude ;)

I swear he thinks he's human sometimes by using Terry's pillow once he leaves for work in the morning... Adorable.

I have noticed that no matter how little or how much sleep I get at night, I have been feeling exhausted all day... I'm praying that I'm not coming down with any sicknesses! I've been pushing the vitamins and fruits/veggies.  I'm also trying to up the cardio to boost my immune system.

Pretty easy to get in some extra Vitamin C with a delivery from Terry including cuties and flowers :)

And speaking of cardio, I could not believe that I found "Darts" under Cardiovascular exercises in My Fitness Pal this week.  Terry's response to this?  "I could drink a beer an hour and break even!" .. Typical guy ;)

I'm excited that my Maid of Honor, Jenna, received her bridesmaid dress!  It's gorgeous and I'm so excited to see my best gals look their best on my big day :) We plan to modify them just a little bit and they won't be in this color, but here is a sneak peek of the dress...

 So pretty :)

  2. I've been thinking about checking this out - read about it on PBFingers. I am a HUGE fan of Body Pump but could use to mix it up a bit!

    1. If you like BodyPump, I highly recommend Tina's BBBC! You would love it. I enjoy BodyPump but I also enjoy doing my own thing on my own time and Tina's program allows that.
